Tracy Adams

General Manager

Tracy grew up in Marysville and was in the restaurant industry for 15 years as a busser, hostess, waiter, and bartender before leaving to work for Worldmark.  She spent 16 yrs managing sales offices in Cabo, Tahoe, and Las Vegas before moving back to the NW. 

Realizing she missed restaurants, Tracy searched for a local restaurant that gives back to the community and supports local organizations.  She joined Everett Lombardi’s in 2018 and moved to head Mill Creek Lombardi’s in 2021.   

When not working, Tracy enjoys any activity outdoors.  Spending time at Hat Island, golfing, fishing and crabbing, or entertaining family and friends at home.  She coaches volleyball & soccer for her kid’s teams and enjoys watching them play.

Stephanie Collado-Montero

Assistant Manager

Stephanie was born in California, and moved to Washington when she was four. She graduated from Sehome Highschool in 2013 and started her journey in the Food & Beverage industry. Stephanie joined the Lombardi’s team after moving to Mill Creek in 2022.

When Stephanie isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog Pongo, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
