Are you licensed to cater?
Yes, we are an endorsed caterer through the Snohomish County Health District.
Are you licensed to serve liquor at a catered event?
Yes, we are legally able to serve beer, wine, and liquor at a catered event.
Do you have liquor liability insurance?
Yes, we will provide the venue/client a copy of our insurance.
Will you be able to provide references?
Yes, absolutely upon request.
Will I need any other type of permits for my event?
Yes, you will need to obtain a Washington State Liquor Control Board Banquet Permit. This is a very simple form and can be purchased online for $10.00. A copy will need to be sent to the Caterer/Venue. http://www.liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits.
Will there be an event coordinator or manager on site at my event?
Yes, there will be someone on site to help with all food/service needs of the event.
Will you be able to assist with any other aspects of the event, such as outside rental companies?
We work with many outside vendors, and will happily assist you with this service.
What types of food do you specialize in?
We specialize in Italian but can create many types of cuisine upon request.
How does your menu work? Do you offer a set menu, or can I customize it?
We offer a variety of choices, and most menus are customized to fit each event.
Do you offer any gluten free options?
Yes, we provide many gluten free options to choose from. Please let us know of any allergies.
Do you offer a food tasting?
Yes, we offer tastings for a group of 4 for $25 for Italiano & Classic menu. $35 for the Superiore menu choices. The tasting fee is refunded upon booking your event with Lombardi's!
What is the cost for buffet service versus plated meal for an event?
Typically a plated meal is an additional $5.00-$10.00 per guest, based on the actual guest count and meal choices.
You will be able to discuss this further with your coordinator.
What do we do with leftover food?
You are more than welcome to take any leftover food home with you. You will need to provide your own boxes, or we can provide them at an additional cost. There will be times when this may not be possible in order to protect the liability of the restaurant.
What beverages do you provide?
We can provide any beverage you wish to have at your event, including both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.
Specialty items will need to be coordinated in advance.
How is the bar service provided? Is it based on per person or consumption?
This option will vary based on each event.
How long is alcohol able to be served?
The most common bar service lasts 4 to 5 hours depending on the venue.
Do you offer a cash bar option?
Yes, we can offer a cash bar option, and are equipped to handle cash and all credit cards on site.
Do you provide a bartender?
Yes, bartenders are provided. Please consult with the catering coordinator.
Do you require a deposit upon booking?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit, which will act as your first payment.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept CASH, VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, and Company Check.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
